A deck of 50 cards, divided up into upper/middle/lower/full body exercises. You only need a mat.

Shuffle the cards, put a marker card behind the last card you want to do, and then do the exercises.

As each exercise takes about one minute, 15-20 cards giving a 20 minute workout. And you don't know in advance what you're going to do!

Anyway, if you are short of time, it's a great way to fit in some exercise. It builds up your core, also because you're using your own body weight.

Safety blinkersThis handy device (SAFETY BLINKERS) can be easily attached to your clothing and the flashing lights (blue, red, white) seen up to half a mile away.

It costs £3 and can be bought from Woolworths or after club runs.
