A deck of 50 cards, divided up into
upper/middle/lower/full body exercises. You only need a mat.
Shuffle the cards, put a marker card behind the last card you want to
do, and then do the exercises.
As each exercise takes about one minute, 15-20 cards giving a
20 minute workout. And you don't know in advance
what you're
going to do!
Anyway, if you are short of time, it's a great way to fit in some
exercise. It builds up your core, also because you're using your own
body weight. |
