There's more to Sudbury Court than running, drinking and gossiping. A reading circle is much in evidence, with books being swapped.

How about exchanging views on the arts in general? For example CDs, DVDs, concerts, theatre, film, exhibitions etc etc? Maybe via a bulletin board; any views?
