13th May - 5k hosted by Metros in Roxbourne Park, part of their 5k competition. Means missing parkrun !

 

14th May - Marlow 5

20th May - Mob match against Ruislip Runners at Harrow parkrun, See Spond. 

 

 

And nothing to report in the next two weeks - what am I missing ???

 

 

But coming up in June: the second Wimbledon run (7th), a mob match against Watford Joggers at South Oxhey parkrun (10th), the Osterley 10k (17th), Summer League at Harrow (18th) ....... and muck more
