Sudbury Court Running Club w are situated in the Wembley area of North West London. We meet on Tuesdays and some Thursdays at 7pm for a 7.20 start. Tuesdays are best for people who are new runners as we have a social run at a very steady pace. We encourage people to get involved in running at any level, serious, pleasure or just interested in getting fit or healthy.
Our New runners group is still going strong with 25 New runners turning up over the last few sessions, some of which have now joined the club.

The Next new runners group will be on Tuesday 7th December
Although this shouldn't stop any new runners turning up in the next few weeks as there will still be plenty of running for those of all abilities and ages. on Tuesdays.
Sudbury Court 5K and 10K - Thanks to everyone who turned up and ran at our 10K as well as all the helpers at the event, which made it a very successful morning/afternoon.

Every Saturday - Park Runs - 5K - 9am
Bushy Park - Park Run Time Trial (5K) - Park Runs are now popping up all over the country. Look at their website. Runs Local to us are: Bushy Park, Old Deer Park, Finsbury Park, Kingston, Richmond & Hackney Marshes.
Did you know that our member Colin Goulding has completed 10 different Park Runs!!
